Post-operative care for Male Penis Enlargements

• You will usually go home the same day on oral antibiotics and pain relief.

• The most painful part will be the abdomen or tummy from where I harvested the fat.

• You can shower and dab the area dry.

• There will be a lot of penile swelling which will decrease over about 10 to 14 days.

• I would prefer to see you at about 10 days post-operatively.

• The amount of fat swelling in the penile shaft can be seen at about 4 months.

• After this time the fat that has settled will be permanent.

• I ask you to use a stretching device once the penis is less sore. This is applied twice a day if possible for about 3 months. The device is supplied by me and will be given to you post-operatively.

• Sexual encounters are best restricted for 3 to 4 weeks.

• Erections should not be of concern.
